The Grand Juror’s Assn is an alumni group of former Orange County Grand Jury members. Each year a Grand Jury is selected to handle civil duties by investigating and issuing reports on government agencies; and criminal duties by considering indictments brought by prosecutors. As Chair of the Speakers Bureau, I speak on the overall role of the grand jury, and highlights of recently published reports and indictments.
