Background
For 30 years, Rosalind Henderson poured her heart into teaching. But the toxic stress of education nearly broke her—twice. Those burnout moments forced her to ask the hard question: “How can I impact lives without hurting my own?”
That question launched a transformation. Trained by leadership legend John Maxwell and New York Times bestselling psychologists Drs. John Townsend and Henry Cloud, Rosalind rebuilt her life and her leadership from the inside out.
She went on to teach over 850 students, raise her son into a successful medical doctor and business leader—all as a single mom—and write four books, including her latest, The People Principle in Leadership.
Now retired from the classroom, Rosalind leads Ignite Core Leadership, coaching CEOs, executives, and leadership teams at places like UPS, Chick-fil-A, LMU, the Urban League, and Inglewood Unified. Her mission? To help leaders inspire magical work, grow profitability, and finally create the work/life balance they crave.
John Howard of the Long Beach Chick-Fil-a states, “Rosalind Henderson has the remarkable gift of connecting with so many different types of people. She was the perfect solution for my business.”
When she’s not speaking or coaching, you’ll find Rosalind on the floor with Play-Doh in hand, laughing with her three grandchildren.
