Raghada Khoury, Born in Amman Jordan, raised in Yonkers NY and has called California home since 1977 residing in Azusa until she moved to Apple Valley in 1987 and remained for 32 years. She was member of the Rotary Club of Apple Valley for 19 Years. . She served as Club President, member of the Board of Directors for 16 years and Youth Services Chair for 10 years. At the District level, Raghada served in various capacities including AG, Exec-AG, District Grants Chair, 4 Way Test Speech Contest Chair, Governors Aide 2013-2014 and many other District Committees. She served as a District 5300 Governor in 2017-18. She now resides in Ranch Cucamonga and is a member of the Industry Hills .Rotary Club.

Raghada has a BS from University of Phoenix and an MAM from University of Redlands. She was in Real Estate Investment for 20 years while holding a management position in the transportation industry. she has now renewed her license with the State of California to sell Pre-Need insurance. Raghada served numerous community positions to include being President of the Domestic Violence Agency in Victor Valley for over 5 years, San Bernardino County Commissioner on the Status of Women for 6 years. She served on the Apple Valley Parks and Rec Commission and the Apple Valley Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. She also serves as an advocate for Law Enforcement on the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Exchange Committee.

She is a Major Donor to the PHF. Traveled many years for the Super Build project and enjoys developing and building relationships with Rotarians all over the globe.

Raghada is still enjoying serving on the Rotary Rose Parade Float Committee after 13 years showcasing Rotary International because it is her pet peeve that we are still the best kept secret
