I majored in Political Science at MIT in the turbulent 1960's. I've been a consultant for dozens of public agencies in the U.S. in my career as an actuary over 40 years. Since 2016, I have focused my attention on Rotarians making a difference in Zambia, Tanzania and Kenya. I currently serve the San Clemente Rotary Club as the TRF Director (liaison to The Rotary Foundation of Rotary International).
