General overview of the Airport business operations, with special focus on the commercial and revenue development unit at the Airport. A brief overview of the General Aviation Improvement Program and the Concession Development Program will be provided.

Ms. Evanna Barbic is the Deputy Airport Director, Commercial and Revenue Development (C&RD) and is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring all commercial real property contracts involving John Wayne Airport. She guides the creation of strategic opportunities for businesses and is responsible for the oversight of the commercial program at JWA including concession analysis, planning, and leasing to enhance commercial revenue for the Airport. C&RD includes all airlines, food service, retail, rental cars, parking, tenant improvement, ground transportation, airline affairs, general aviation leasing and commercial advertising at SNA.

Evanna has served as the Real Estate Manager for Airlines, General Aviation, and Ground Transportation for nearly eight years, and served as the interim C&RD Deputy Airport Director for one year. Prior to joining John Wayne Airport, Ms. Barbic was the Airport Concessions Property Manager at San Jose International Airport. Her background includes private-sector real estate experience in Orange County at both Terramar Retail Centers and Kimco Realty, a publicly traded real estate investment trust (REIT). She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of San Diego and a Master of Public Administration from San Jose State University.
