Overview

Artificial Intelligence can be much more than a business productivity tool. For Rotary clubs, A.I. can become a practical assistant that helps members save time, improve communication, strengthen community projects, attract new members, and accomplish more with limited volunteer resources.
In this practical and easy-to-understand presentation, Rotarian and MediaTamer founder Dave Revere demonstrates real-world ways Rotary clubs can put A.I. to work immediately — even if members have little or no technical experience.
Examples include using A.I. to help research and write grant applications, evaluate charities and potential community partners, create flyers and social media content, draft emails and newsletters, promote club events, develop fundraising ideas, analyze budgets and spending, research service opportunities, prepare presentations, summarize meetings, recruit prospective members, and communicate the value of Rotary to a new generation.
Rather than focusing on the technical side of artificial intelligence, Dave focuses on practical ways Rotarians can use A.I. as another set of hands — helping volunteers turn ideas into action faster and allowing clubs to spend more of their time doing what Rotary does best: serving their communities.
Attendees will leave with ideas they can begin using in their own club immediately.
I would also add these takeaways if the profile allows them
Rotarians will learn how A.I. can help their club:
Find & Fund Service Projects — Research community needs, charities, potential partners, grants and funding opportunities.
Improve Grant Writing — Turn rough project ideas and information into organized grant drafts, proposals and supporting materials.
Create Professional Marketing Materials — Produce flyers, event promotions, social posts, newsletters, emails, presentations and other creative assets.
Grow Membership — Develop recruiting campaigns, prospective-member communications, event ideas and messaging that explains Rotary to younger business and community leaders.
Analyze Club Information — Review budgets, spending, fundraising results, surveys and other data to identify trends and opportunities.
Reduce Volunteer Workload — Draft meeting summaries, agendas, correspondence, project plans, checklists and follow-up communications.
Generate Better Ideas — Brainstorm fundraisers, service projects, speakers, membership events and community partnerships.
Turn Ideas Into Action — Use A.I. to help organize an idea into an actual plan, timeline, task list and communication strategy.
