Barnes began her career in the nonprofit sector nearly 20 years ago, driven by a passion for giving
back and making a difference in the lives of others. Throughout her career, she has focused on
meeting community needs and improving the lives of individuals and families. Her strategic vision

country.
For the past four years, Barnes has served as the President of Vital Link, a nonprofit
organization dedicated to providing career exploration and workforce development opportunities
