My speech is titled: Embracing Your Mental Health. I outline to my audience a brief synopsis of my story of battling with Bipolar Disorder and how I have had challenges with my mental health. I also shed light on the major factors that helped me bounce back to success when faced with these mental health challenges at a very young age. The five major components that I cover include:
1. Develop self awareness
2. Confide in someone you trust
3. Take charge of your life
4. Accept change
5. Be patient for changes to come
