Today’s speaker is Ray Jansma, a business consultant and community volunteer who works with organizations to improve operational performance and financial sustainability.
In addition to his professional work, Ray has long been active in community service. He has served on church boards, helped launch a local food bank from concept to implementation, and currently serves on the board of Beach Cities Interfaith Services, a nonprofit focused on preventing homelessness through targeted financial assistance and community partnerships.
Ray is also a former Rotary club president and has been active in Rotary clubs in Nevada and Pennsylvania.
Ray lives in Southern California with his wife and a small Yorkie and remains active in local civic and nonprofit initiatives.
Today he’ll be speaking about “One Unexpected Crisis Away: Understanding and Preventing Homelessness in Our Communities.”
